Can I request that a shop be added?

Yes. Use the Suggest a Shop form and include the repairer's own website. Suggestions are reviewed before publication.

Can a shop owner update a listing?

Yes. Shop owners and authorized representatives can submit a request through the Claim or Correct a Listing page. Requested changes are reviewed before publication.

How do I report incorrect information?

Use the correction form on our Methodology page. Include the listing URL and a link to the shop's own published information supporting the correction.

Can WatchFixFinder recommend a particular repairer?

We provide an independent directory, not personalized repair recommendations or quality rankings. Contact shops directly to discuss your specific repair needs.

Does WatchFixFinder perform repairs?

No. WatchFixFinder is a directory, not a repair service. All repair arrangements are made directly between customers and the independent repair businesses.
